** Subscribe for more: https://goo.gl/5clm0J ** Footage of a California family's argument with the local sheriff's department has now been made public as part of an excessive lawsuit, after one of the cops body slammed one of the teenage girls to the ground. The incident occurred on June 14, 2015, on a rural property in Sonoma County, however the footage only surfaced this week as the case was presented in court. According to the sheriff's office, Deputy Marcus Holton stopped at the house in Petaluma after he saw a truck stopped in the middle of the street and heard people fighting. Footage taken from a body cam Holton was wearing - posted to YouTube on Thursday - shows four women arguing with Holton for several minutes, assuring him there was no issue. The verbal confrontation continues for several more minutes with the family demanding a female officer. The argument is lead by the mother of three women, two of which are adults and one, Gabrielle Lemos, 18, appears to be a teenager. At one point in the video she is referred to as being 16 years old. The mother accuses Holton of grabbing the women and breaking the law with his 'investigation'. The argument continues, and Gabrielle starts to walk away from the group. Holton then takes down Gabrielle as she is walking away, after she ignored his orders to stop. During the body slam, the mother and Gabrielle's sisters can be heard screaming in the background for Holton to stop. Holton's body camera fell off during the confrontation, and his face was captured in the footage as he readjusted it to his uniform. He then leads Gabrielle to a patrol car and places her under arrest. Blood and cuts can clearly be seen on her face. Gabrielle has since filed a civil rights case against the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office. The lawsuit claims the officer used excessive force and is seeking unspecified damages. However, after the lawsuit was filed, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office filed charges against Gabrielle for misdemeanor resisting arrest. The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office have stood by Houlton and said he behaved appropriately. "Deputy Holton was well within his authority and Sheriff's Office policy to investigate this matter for a possible criminal violation,' the office said in a statement. 'His conduct and that of the other Deputies involved has been reviewed by Sheriff's Office Administrators and we are confident they acted honorably and appropriately during this tense rapidly evolving situation.' ✋ About the video / Community guidelines ✋ This footage is NOT intended to be violent or glorify violence in any way. Bobby Shmurda, Rowdy Rebel, and the rest of the Brooklyn GS9 crew appeared in court yesterday to enter their pleas to the numerous charges against them. Shmurda, whose government name is Ackquille Pollard, pleaded not guilty during the hearing that lasted over three hours. Rowdy Rebel, who is facing charges of conspiracy, attempted murder, attempted assault, and criminal possession of a weapon, also pleaded not guilty, while his lawyer called his $2 million bail "excessive." Earlier today, rumors surfaced that Shmurda may have posted bail. According to Bossip, Shmurda "secured celebrity bail bondsman Ira Judelson, who said he’ll put up Shmurda’s $2 million bail as early as next week." “At the end of the day, I’m their bank. I’m the one who is going to be putting up the money to secure their appearance in court,” Judelson told Bossip. “Bobby is relying on me to put up the $2 million to get him out the door, get him back to his family and get his music career back on track.” Complex reached out to Shmurda's new attorney Kenneth J. Montgomery who confirmed that his bail package was posted earlier today However, he's not out yet. "A 72 hour surety is attached and the package has to be examined by the Government," Montgomery told Complex. "If approved he is released. If not a hearing would be scheduled to litigate any issues." A surety essentially means that the assistant district attorney is "concerned that the defendant might be able to have his bail posted, or the fee of any bail bond posted by illicit funds." Therefore, they take 72 hours to investigate the funds. Brian "Meeshie" Harvey, Rashid "Rasha" Derissant, Deshain "Mitch" Cockett, Alex "A-Rod" Crandon—all pleaded not-guilty as well, while Rasha and A-Rod were granted no bail in the case. Another court date has been scheduled for April 22. Last month, Shmurda and members of the GS9 crew were arrested outside of Quad Studios in New York City, and later indicted on charges of conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and more. Following the arrest, it was announced that the investigation was part of a large narcotics operation that had been underway for months. During the hearing yesterday, additional charges were added via a new indictment, which included six new charges against Pollard himself. The full list of charges now totals 101 counts against all of the parties involved.
